Contest Rules
1.       Entering is easy: Go to www.coreshopsdirect.com and fill out an online entry form. No purchase necessary. You must complete all required information to be eligible to win a prize. Incomplete, Illegible, duplicate, corrupted or untimely entries are void and will be disqualified. Entries must be submitted by the individual entrant. All entries become the property of Swell Commerce, Inc. when submitted and will not be returned to entrant. Sweepstakes ends on 7/7/2010.

2.       Winner will receive:

  • A Beaker model surfboard* hand crafted by Wally Puha, displaying one-of-a-kind ard by Scott Seiver.
  • A Boombastik s/s tee in sweepstakes exclusive red & black colorway
  • A Sketch s/s tee in sweepstakes exclusive green & black colorway
  • An Insignia s/s tee in sweepstakes exclusive yellow & blue colorway
  • And a Nightwatch Beanie to keep your brain from spilling out of your head and onto the dance floor

3.       Eligibility: , but not limited to: Must be at least 13 years old to enter - minors may be subject to liability release form, as well as parental/guardian permission. Giveaway entries are limited to the United States and Canada.

4.       Winner Notification: Winner will be selected by random drawing. Winner will be notified via email. Winner must claim prize within 3 days of notification of win. Prizes will be sent to winner free of charge. Swell Commerce, Inc and Chemistry are not responsible for prize damage once it has been sent to the prize winner.

5.       Odds of Winning: The odds of winning shall be determined by the number of eligible entries received.

6.       Error Correction: Swell Commerce, Inc. and Chemistry reserve the right to correct or change any and all printing, typographical or mechanical errors.

7.       Release of Liability: Swell Commerce, Inc and Chemistry are not liable or responsible for; Loss of entry - including, electronic, computer, communication malfunctions, damage caused by virus/bug or non-authorized intervention, injury, or property damage in connection to with giveaway, or giveaway results.
