The Catalyst building was constructed in the mid 20th century. Its original use was a church, thus the long narrow shape. It was later turned into a print shop and was filled with old school Heidelburgs (vintage printing press). It’s about promoting the importance of surf shops that are “keeping it real” to the industry and culture as a whole.
